Precautions

（1）Jungle Bus

• Request for refund of Jungle Bus fare is accepted at the information Center until 30 minutes prior to the departure time on the ticket.
• A change in Jungle Bus boarding time can be made only when seats are available at another boarding time.
  （Possible until 30 minutes prior to the scheduled boarding time.)
• For safety reasons, children under the age of four must be seated on the lap of a parent or guardian on the bus.
• No eating or drinking on the Jungle Bus.
• Strollers and wheelchairs cannot be taken on the Jungle Bus (Strollers, etc. can be kept at the Information Center.)

（2）Refund and Changes

• A receipt is required for a refund or to make any changes.
• Other than the receipt received at the time of purchase, you may be asked to show your credit card or smartphone.(If purchased with a credit card or smartphone)

（3）Re-entry

• Visitors wishing to re-enter later will need to make arrangements at the Information Center.
• Change or cancellation of Jungle Bus after re-entry is not possible for any reason.
• Please be sure to return to the park at least 30 minutes before the Jungle Bus boarding time.（Changes cannot be made by telephone or other）

（4）Entry with your car

• Convertibles with or without the top, or cars with loading platforms are not permitted to enter the Safari Zone.
• Baggage carried on the outside of your car must be stored at the information Center while you are driving in the Safari Zone.
• Pets are not allowed in the Safari Zone, Please board your pet at the park kennel during your visit.

（5）Petting animals

• For their safety, pets are not allowed in the Petting Area.
• Pets are allowed in the parking lot.(Please keep your pets on a leash or take precautions to prevent them from running away)
